About Chad Helder
Chad Helder is the creator and writer behind Bartholomew of the Scissors, the innovative horror series from Bluewater Comics. In addition, Helder writes and edits for the monthly Vincent Price Presents series of horror one-shots for Bluewater.
Along with horror author Vince Liaguno, Helder co-edited Unspeakable Horror: From the Shadows of the Closet, a collection of short fiction from Dark Scribe Press.
Helder's flash-fiction has appeared in The Harrow, and his poetry is forthcoming in Doorways Magazine.
In 2006, Helder published his first collection of poetry, The Pop-Up Book of Death.
Helder is a college English Instructor who has taught courses in Gothic Literature, Fairy Tales, and Creative Writing.
Helder has two literary degrees: a BA in English from the University of Northern Colorado and a MA in English from Western Washington University.
